You need to get the injector needle and attach it to an empty syringe, it took me trial and error to figure it out. and the vials of meds like morphine are only 1mL each. hope this helps

im not getting any option to fill the syringe, despite having the drug on hand and out of the package

I got the syringe filled but cant use it, and even oral medicines I cant take. Might be a conflict with hydrocraft but not sure

Lots of mods seem to conflict with this, I'm having the same issue but haven't found the culprit yet

hmm i also am not able to use injection needle after filling it, is there another step we need to do? I thought maybe cotton balls and disinfect arm maybe but nope, anyone know what mod may interfere? I dont have none that add needles or anything.

Ok, I figured out how it works. You need 3 items! Syringe + needle + vial containing the substance (e.g. alkagin). You right click on syringe to do merge these 3 items. And then right click on your body.

Is is mod compatible with cheat menu because most of items of this mod ，when i get them from cheat menu they just don’t work especially the drugs and syringes！Can somebody help pls！

Hm.. keep getting an error when trying to attach the needle to the syringe.

not sure why but i think its not compatibe with the newest version of the game. i tried doing it and it gave me a error. pretty sure that it either has a confict which is highly unlikely . or the mods need an update.
