Hello, I am a user that plays Rimworld at a Resolution of 1366 by 768 due to my laptop Spec.

I found out that your menus are scaled with the Resolution in mind which would basically net me the same result as @tMoist Image that he posted. I am unable to click anything or interact with anything.

I called my Friend Karim (Author of Rocketman) to help me get behind the issue and he quickly made a small edits to the code that solved the issue.

I still have Karim's Fix with me if you like to see it or maybe you already know the issue when I mentioned the resolution thing. OH and he also made the menus movable and resize-able so ya hope that bug can be fixed from your side and thanks for the great mod.
