However, today I have deleted a dozen of mods that I either had disable most of the time anyways or have suspected to be causing problems in the code and then I also decided to check out the current mods that I have to make sure if there's any new information I needed to know after not playing the game for months, like for example in case if any new required mods have been added to the lists. And the last thing I did before booting up the game was to install Repentogon, after that, most of my mods did some sort of fresh restart (all mod unlocks have gone off and I've got welcome messages from those as if I just installed them for the first time) and began to function properly after that, not giving out any errors or bugs in the process. So I guess all of my issues are fixed now and I can continue playing the game as normally.
