Item temporary blacklist suggestion
You could make right clicking an item add it to a blacklist what will remove any recipe that requires that item. you could also toggle this, or use shift, to put that into a blacklist last until manually removed (meaning it will automatically be removed when closing the menu or removing the item from the search box).
