stupid tinkers workshop thing bug

why has the stupid Tinkers workshop bug that crashes or severally lags the game for 30-inf seconds still exist. this stupid bug has existed for at least a year and still no fix for it?
is it unfixable or something?

if anything it feels like its gotten worse when it gets triggered

its an great mod dont get me wrong
its just that this bug is extremely irritatingly annoying especially seeing as it still exists and has even gotten worse lol

I know that some mods out there add conversion recipes to the Tinkers Workshop, to convert world variants back and forth, maybe that's what's causing the problem, some sort of endless loop?
