So far just scratched the first layer of snow thus not much insight yet. A few first thoughts though.

Food Cannery needs Scrap Metal and... Produce... that looks like Fruit. Any chance this might be a typo? Vegetables should grow better at these temperatures.

Is it possible to use alternative icons for goods like there are alternative engines based on which DLC you own?

Are sure Cotton will grow under these conditions? Sheep's wool is part of nearly all DLC (GB, SA, GER, FRA, NE, DU).

Mescal (Mexico) has a nice label Tasha might favor unless there is only one "cure" ;)
Moonshine needs a proper bottle. How about Maple syrup (Great Lakes)?

A nice dress doesn't seem the preferred Clothing for those temperatures.
How about Winter clothing (Great Lakes)?
And Furs (Great Lakes) instead of Cotton?
Knitwear (NE) is another warm Clothing.

Those owning Great Britain and Ireland could substitute Whisky and Cider bottles for Moonshine and Medicine.
Ham looks more like hum...utant than Meat and the Clothing looks definitely warmer than the basic dress.
Potatoes (GB, GER, NE) are also more resilient Vegetables (Produce).
Barley could be used instead for Grain to visualize Wheat.

Germany has Smoked ham, won't harm the taste, I'd guess ;)
And a better looking Canned Food.
And Peat could be a replacement for exploding Clay.

France may offer Perfume as Medicine bottles.

Northern Europe has Aquavit to offer. Bottles are a never-ending source of inspiration for developers ;)

Down Under serves Rum.
And definitely better looking Clothing than a dress :)

Finally Japan.
Rice may not be as fine milled as Cement but it definitely would taste better as a substitute for Flour. Even a bag with a bird on top of it, like Guano (SA), would look better ;)
And obviously a large variety of bottles with Sake, Soy sauce, Plum wine, and even Ink.

General speaking if it's possible make use of all the better looking alternatives all those DLC offer. As a player I'd love to see my money (DLC) being seen used in creative works :)

I haven't compared all the industry buildings added throughout the DLC but I'm pretty sure there are some hidden beauties, too.

Engines still show their original text in Shed. At least it's a bit irritating when it comes to engines #60 and especially #119 ;)

Have you found a way to work around the nearly invisible contour lines during snow season? I guess the color is hard-coded and can not be altered, or can it be altered?
