Before posting a suggestion try to do your research if there aren’t any up-to-date suggestions similar to yours. If no one else has posted a similar idea recently, feel free to comment a new suggestion yourself. If there already is a suggestion similar to yours, then you should try to provide the suggestion with detailed feedback.

I think recruiting the deserters could be very good, if u for example saw a deserter on the map u can ask them if they want to join your squad something like that, not only fighting or surrendering.

How about adding a number of new towns,castles, villages? It would give the game longevity in the long term, maybe if you were feeling ambitious you could add a new faction also.

hire caravans option in towns also will help if your funding a early army to join a faction and you need a way to fund your army with the economic advantage with player caravans

@♕Imlonely♕ You can change that yourself in Documents/Warband/rgl_config.txt udner battle size, change it to 2.0000 and you will get 300 battle size

Suggestion:
Mercenary camps with different, recruitable troops. Also variable Weaponry, Armory and Horses.
(Just like in Fire & Sword.)

Also:
Being able to recruit Swordsisters, not only by freeing and upgrading women held as prisoners.

how difficult would a cko ( like pendor) would be to get introduced?
What about an invasion army that attacks at a certain date( triggerable).
The ability to remove prisoners from vassals or negotiate them from allies\enemies.
what about special troop orders (awoiaf)
blacksmith\armor - who can upgrade or build items for you?(varying time,price, and item requirements)
horse breeder - can "upgrade/heal" horse
ability to have children who then join your party
increase frequency that ai lords upgrade their fiefs
the ability to auto upgrade your fiefs by setting priority with the finance guy
no positive relationship required in vassal towns for building enterprise
add a village building that spawns low level patrols
maybe more later, sorry if it doesnt make sense

Thank you all for suggestions, keep 'em coming, just keep in mind I'm the only one developing this mod in comparison to other big mods that have 20+ scripters and modelers so don't expect too much from me.

I want/need three thing in this game : More Companions, More options (if possible) as proposed the MBTweak mods/tool (unless it still works) and More Companions ;p

I honestly don't know if this is workable, but could you expand the impacts of some of the least useful skills?

Things like:
Tactics - 'Every two levels increases battle advantage & increases experience gained by party by 2%'
Persuasion - 'Increases chance of an NPC agreeing with your request & increases minimum guaranteed number of recruits from villages by 1.'
Trade - 'Decreases the trade penalty on the player by 5%. Increases income from enterprises by 5%.'

Also, while I greatly appreciate the ability to recruit deserters, could we add to that purchasing prisoners from other lords?

can we have artillery it obviously wont change alot for the gameplay but would help for any player who has started getting money in war or peace or just bashing looters and would help in sieges as they could kill multiple defenders or attackers and in battles would be able to weaken the enemy before they attack your main force but not too one sided more relevant lords would have 1-2 cannons and rulers 2-4
