this is the first animation loading in workshop (and first in dota2 if valve add :D) valve must change a bit dota2's system to add it.....so now still cant install now....but you can make it become your wallpaper animation

2. search "DreamScene", that soft will help us change wallpaper by video

If it requies changing something in Dota 2, that means Valve won't add it.

if you think like that....will not any thing change in dota2 like effect skill hero, no change anouncer, no hud and ........more and more........if that change better for dota2, valve will......i think so

If it is added or not is properlly how much longer the loading time will take. Valve has to put in so people that loads slowly will not be able to ha a animated wallpaper.

The workshop for Dota 2 is mostly for the purpose of content submission, not consumption. It's a place for people to submit things that they've made to be added to the game (such as cosmetics or loading screens) for Valve to choose if they want it in the game or not. You can't download anything on Workshop.
