loophole in reading the journal

hello, i found a case in my MP server. that 3 players using 1 steam id to read the journal to 3 different character, i think this is unfair to other players, and its kinda exploitation for the journal mod. can i ask you for a solution about this case? thanks

Those people are sharing their Steam accounts to cheat at Zomboid. Ban them.
