Windows 7 compat notice 1.5
Notice to any Win7 user:
Starting from 1.5, RocketMan (and some oteher mods) will not work with Windows 7 because it seems that despite the game fallbacking on CreateDXGIFactory, the mod still uses features functions introduced in DXGI 1.3 and later.
Replacing working DXGI wth vkd3d-proton or ReShade will make the game crash on launch.
