Mod breaks setting that ignores forcing 1st speed during combat in Smart speed mod. I play with Igor invader so that bug makes my game run locked 60TPS very-very often

So... I may be overstepping here.
But Sarg, the author of Smart Speed had said previously that their mod is, in fact, pretty outdated.
I provided him with the same video\proof i posted above, and considering other comments from Sarg, i think it'll take time to be fixed, at least by their side. Don't know about Rocketman's side.
Sarg commented on re-writing Smart Speed from the ground up, to use Harmony, and that way there would be better in compatibility and probably even performance.
So... Thing is, hope that Sarg get's some free time that he can invest into it.
He also commented that, he doesn't know exactly how to code transpilers(i think it was that) so, he will have to even learn on that.
Anyway, it's a known problem.

Just noticed this today, game was running fine but when I opened the Rocketman Tab i got a bunch of errors and the tab was empty, I then restarted rimworld, and accessed the rocket man tab on tha main menu, it put out an error, displayed the menu, but wouldnt let me close ti anymore, having to shut down the game.
I tried to copy the error log but no buttons worked once the error popped up.
This was the screenshot of the initial lines.

I did do a recent change of mods for my game, but it was mostly minor, adding terraforming and cleaning and removed the alien mods, rocket man was working fine in the last game with pervious mod setup, the biggest change was that i moved rocket man from the top of my mod list to the bottom.

I am running allot of mods in general though.

Make sure steam downloaded the mods correctly as it can mess up when downloading and when the main menu settings fail this tends to be a thing, make it redownload rocketman, make sure its last, get the control f12 hugs log for the full error.

Yea the smart time is needing a bit of an update but sarg doesnt wanna do it rn lol cause its detours code without harmony, pretty decent in convo with him but hed have to remake it which is just ugggggh.

Redownloaded the mod, added to bottom of list, on the reload with it on, Got this red error on main screen.

I imagine having to re-write a whole code must be a pain, even worse when you have to add in that you will need to learn new technics. As i understand, the coding with Harmony is pretty different than simply, coding a mod, there are transpilers or something like that.
You can see, i know a lotz of code <sarcasm for those whom does not understood me xD I'm BAD at anything related to coding<

Just would suggest to add up on the soft-incompatibilities list on main-page.
Lot's of people maaay end up breaking their heads to find what mod is conflicting with Smart Speed.
Took me a while to cumb my modlist (372 right now) to find that it was Rocketman xD
