incompatibility with Ethics and Civics Classic 3.0
I have searched for a mod which rebalance the new pop growth from the 3.0.x update

but it seems that the is incompatible with Ethics and Civics Classic 3.0 which increarse the max ethics points which are available

This mod is editing "ETHOS_MAX_POINTS" and "GOVERNMANT_CIVIC_POINTS_BASE" and likely more setting it to the default values. Interestingly it is doing so even if Ethics and Civics is loading after this mod.
Since those are the default values which are set here, I wonder why they are even set in the first place.

should be fixed now, removed extraneous values in the defines file.

I have played today stellaris a little bit with a friend and your update worked now well with the mods we have so Thanks you very much for your work.
