Missing factions in the latest version
When you want to start a new game you can only choos standard faction an not something like Tauri.
Further more I would love to the option to play this mod in the 3.14. Rollbackversion cause the latest version of Stellaris is not the best they did.

This is the 3.14 version of the mod. They tell you about it in the first paragraph of the mod desc. Literally looked up "Stargate 3.14" and it is right there, same author just like he mentioned at the beginning of the mod desc.

This mod is in testing phase with only the Tauri enabled. Please read the desc to avoid cluttering the discussions with post about questions thoroughly explained in the mod description.
