Report a translation problem
Now, its not and when I updated the ini file to turn compatibility on, it makes my character look extremely bizarre. Every time I open this mod, the editor say something about compatibility must be turned off to edit skins, there is no option for Jack/Jill and when I look at my character in 3rd person, her cheeks are grey while the rest of her is normal flesh colored and the elf ears are badly clipped through the character ears.

ETA: I think I understand why this is happening, I think I found a bug.
I've only ever messed around with the ini file while modding Skyrim a long time ago. I keep seeing things with this mod that "needs to be changed in the ini" but no one seems to be able to tell us where tf its located. lol
