Avalon of the West RP :: Season Three!

Avalon is a High-Fantasy (with strong magic elements!) ARK Roleplay Server. We're currently entering our third season after a successful Season Two, using the 'Hope' modded map! Season Three starts Friday, February 4th.

Here are just a few of the many things Avalon offers:
- The ability to learn up to two additional 'jobs' in-character -- this provides both RP and more things for you to do!
- Weekly quests for your professions
- Shop stand and a 'trappers hut' where you can sell trophies and resources for money
- Breeding timers of about 4-8 hours (~20 minute imprinting, 1 imprint to 100% for most babies)
- Increased stack sizes and gather rates
- Three custom mods, including weapons, armor, a magic system, and much more!
- Fully customized fishing loot tables, with extensive testing behind them
- Quality 'crafts' for weapons, tools, and armor -- use resources and money for a chance to get higher-quality items with a chance for blueprints!
- Dynamic home sizes -- the more people you have, the more things you can do at your living space!
- The chance to form a Kingdom in-character purely through RP!
- A fully-functioning magic system, learned through RP quests!

Our staff are active, ready to help, and will be actively Roleplaying on the server alongside you! Avalon offers quests for specific professions, we try to aim for daily bank openings (we also try our hardest to take requests), and there will be weekly events for additional RP!

Season 3 is set on the Brand new Fjordur map, but with a difference! Our server is a medieval fantasy themed with inspiration from DND/LOTR worlds. We have culled the majority of actual dinosaurs and added in fantasy and real life creatures to give the world a more realistic fantasy setting.

Custom races - We have created a multitude of custom races each with buffs, debuffs and specific wild animal immunities. You can also make your character look like your race with the cosplay mirror!
A unique building tier system - We have implemented a building tier system that unlocks as you progress in the server when you meet specific requirements. Each new tier comes with its own perks!
A Special community town - Our starter town has special admin torches placed so people can build next to eachother and form a community!
A wide variety of animals to tame - We have shad’s atlas imports, Marniis wildlife plus other map creatures spawning in using simple spawners, even the lost island critters.
A robust class system - Our class system has some restrictions but isn't too restrictive designed to create more RP opportunities. You can pick two professions for your character.
Unique lore - We have unique lore stretching back to season 1 that gets added to as the season progresses to continue our story! If you do something noteworthy you may even get mentioned!

Low end XP, breeding, and harvest multipliers. No tek, glass, metal structures. Everything is CKF with Eco Highlands, Viking options. Kanga's mods open up a huge window for this kind of play style including a more complex culinary, crafting, wellness, and husbandry. Can't forget to mention Party of Six and its arcane abilities, learn a class and even try your chance at finding arcane loot! Po6 adds a random chance on kills to obtaining loot crates with armor sets, wands, and unique weapons! We have custom drops too, adding various goodys! ```


9 Playable races with various part combinations. You can create elves, gnomes, halflings, half-orc, goblins, fairies, dragonkin, demonic, angelic, beastman, birdfolk, serpents, and golem like survivors. We'll add more as we progress or as players make suggestions.```


Tame creatures using baits and combat. Vanilla taming is included with almost everything as the alternative. There is a survivor level requirement tied to some tames for the sake of pushing progress. Pyria creatures lean more late game given their diversity and are excluded from IT.


Safe zone for starting players, fully equipped with a ton of vendors to buy/sell/trade with. Become established and even purchase your own trade spot for players to visit. ```


Fast travel around the map using custom way points placed by the admin team. Save up enough coin to buy your own personal way point to have at your base!



Don't be overly greify, expect PvP to happen. Build up better, smarter, and stronger. Recruit allies and seek revenge! 5 man tribes, 3 alliances allowed. Don't go solo, bring a friend!
