The Go Frenzy inspiration requires going on a caravan to satisfy it. Since 1.3, pawn speed no longer affects caravan speed, so it seems out of place to encourage sending a pawn to the one place their inspiration won't matter.

It's only a minor gripe, but if I had to suggest something to replace it, I would say either "X would like to haul something" or "X would like to travel Y tiles".
