hi, i tried running the map from console but the issue still exists. It still shows "Issued to many commands to the server"

Same here , even i'm stuck with this issue cant play it

I was understand why this is happening. You have the console command con_timestamp enabled. I have released an update where this command is disabled automatically. But you need to edit or delete the save
Example path: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg\save_clutches_cache30.log

You need to remove text with date and time
Example:
