YouTube Live Isn't Working
Hi there, I'm trying to get 'YouTube Live' working, but for some reason, while it loads the stream, it keeps giving me a 'An Error Has Occurred. Please try again later (Playback ID)'. I've tested it with multiple different YouTube Live Streams and it doesn't work. Any reason why I'm getting this error?

Hi, Thank you for opening this case.
The H.264 format is not shipped by default with Garry's mod as it is proprietary and comes with licensing costs. This is the reason why YouTube livestreams do not work right away. But this problem can be solved.

What you only need to do to solve it is to use the CEF codec fix and patch Garrysmod with it.
Here is an easy to understand video from Hyo, he explains how to do it.

Omg, this is what I was missing! Thanks so much for the help!! I've been agonising about this issue a few days now and I'm so relieved that the trouble is over.
