Suggestion: setback adjustment per side
when using node controller's shift function I often find myself wanting to set different setbacks for each side of the road. Would it be possible to add an option to do that?

I'd love to be able to set zoning settings differently for each side of the road from time to time; having zonig only on 1 side of the road for example, or have only 1 side with set back zoning to fit a bike path between buildings an the road.
Regardless if these ever get implemented, thank you algernon, love this mod, can't imagine playing without it.
