Firstly, load up the mods listed in required items in the launcher if you want to play with IFA3_AIO_LITE ONLY as they are required to launch the mission. If you want to play with Faces of War factions then load that as well then launch Arma3. AND/Or if you want to play with the Geist-A3_lite factions then load that mod as well. The same goes for the US Equipment and Accessories IFA3 mod. The more of these mods that you load up arma with the more faction options will show up at the faction selection screen when you start the game.

Supported Mods:

IFA3_AIO_LITE (has most of the faction options covering European, winter and desert theatres of war and is required to be loaded to play the game)

Faces of War (Not required to be loaded when starting the game, has European theatre factions and Pacific factions, the only mod for playing as Marines vs Japanese forces or vice versa. NB: This mod STILL changes German AI voices to American voices)

US General Equipment and Accessories (IFA3) (Not required to be loaded when starting the game. Has playable factions for the European theatre and Winter European theatre,they are named USGEA US ARMY etc...NB: it will also make US uniforms in IFA3 look much better. I use this mod all the time if I am going to play as a US faction from IFA3_AIO_LITE. The uniforms from USGEA mod look much better as well but have less armour/protection from damage meaning you will be killed easier if you wear one so wear an IFA uniform if you want to be able to take more damage.

GEIST-A3 LITE (Factions for playing as or against Waffen SS, Poland and French Forces, more factions may follow eventually if requested)
