Change Request/Suggestion
So, just a small request, but could you add in the ability to spawn the Flora and crystals manually from the Zeus interface? The spawners are highly uncooperative at times and I am trying to cause the crystals to spread as my mission progresses, but without much luck as any Tiberium spawners I attempt to place outside of Eden fail to work. If I could place crystals mid-mission from Zeus this would be an easy fix for when the spawner module decides to be uncooperative.

The Spawner modules will get a rework, but as they currently are, they need to be synchronized with an object.
If you then expand the range, the field should in theory spread to that size.

Thanks, I did eventually get it to start working but I'll still hold to my request to be able to manually spawn the flora and crystals directly from the Zeus interface.
Even when the spawner worked it seemed to just give up and stop working after awhile for reasons I cannot tell, so being able to spawn the crystals and flora by hand mid-mission would make a huge difference.
I managed to get around it by copy-pasting the crystals where needed once the spawners stopped cooperating and put a tree in the corner of the map that I could copy when needed. But that's a lot of work just to be able to build a field mid-mission.

The Spawner stopping to make new crystals sounds like the field is fully grown. To make the field bigger, extend the range in the module beforehand.

Hey,

If you make the crystals be in a custom composition, then you can spawn them mid mission. Also, you can add any currently present tiberium to your interface and then copy-paste it where you need it.

I sometimes do this when I host ops in the Arma CnC Community, such as when a refinery is destroyed.

Thanks! That is actually what I ended up doing. Hid the crystals under a research dome and then copy/pasted when and where needed

No problem!

In the next Tib gen update, the crystals are in the Zeus module and don't require a composition or anything special.

The update is being tested right now, but its coming along nicely!

would you be willing to add the commando skin from command and conquer 3rd tiberian war? it was definitely one of my favorites from the infantry. zone troopers were awesome but i completely understand if you cant do that anytime soon.

Sadly this mod will not be doing anything from Tib Wars.

We are still looking to add a ton of content from Tib Sun still.

It could be something one of us do in our off time though.

Already in the works, but still need to be textured and animated, so it will take a while.
Are we also gonna be getting some units from C&C Renegade?

That one's a maybe.
The mod is focussed on Tiberian Sun era, including Firestorm Expansion.
But that also includes the Forgotten, who do use old equipment. So the Tiberium Dawn/Renegade era stuff making it's way into the mod as Forgotten equipment/vehicles is possible. Also, TibSun does have ruins of TibDawn bases. So there is room for TibDawn/Renegade content.

Any hope of getting a gloved version of the NOD uniform, or gloves added to the armour? I could swear they had them in the old FMVs. Otherwise, beautiful work. Antistasi as NOD really works well. :KaneLives:
