WHERE IS THE CRYSTAL! every thing i know and love is gone, i just wanted a green house..... and a pump action shotgun! but that's besides the point!

Crystal, obsidian and oil received the same treatment as metal nodes. This means they are burried under regular rocks that needs to be cleared first.

is the new plant species useless without the fruits added or does it do something special like the x and z plant?

It does its AoE freezing attack, so it's a useful defense despite lacking the fruit.

Not required to download it as far as I'm concerned but you might be missing on some assets within the map.

Mods don't work right now but I am actively looking for a solution, besides creating an independant one with creatures/structures/items.
