Elven Gems
Just wondering where Elven Gems come from?

I think it has something to do with Noldor culture, but I don't know if that's the only requirement.
The only time I've seen Elven Gems was when I did the start of a Maglor(noldor Elf) run and choose to colonize the elven province south of Elrond, west of Moria(can't remember the name)
I had elven gems as an option when crafting as him after colonizing.
Haven't seen them anywhere else.

Probably Eregion just outside the west gate of Moria. Which makes sense as canonically it was where the rings of power where forged and they were well-known elven smiths there.
