So the main intended play style is to start where the lore ends and create your own story of how the Fourth Age might play out. Don't think of 3021 as the end of the story; think of it as where the training wheels come off.
If I were going to add a start date in the past, I'd be most interested in TA 861. Just after the partitioning of Arnor into Arthedain, Rhudaur, and Cardolan.
I do not like this mod because most of the cultural advancements are already unlocked.
Whenever I play CK3, vanilla or modded, I always go for the earliest date.
