Crusader Kings III

Suggestions
Brittany

1) In 867 King Salomon should be allied with Count Hastein in a war against Charles the Bald for the county of Avranches.

If possible the starting war score should be very much in the Breton/Viking alliances favour since in 866 they won a crushing victory at the Battle of Brissarthe killing King Robert the Strong, the Neustrian margrave, and Ranulf I, the duke of Aquitaine.

Historically in 867, Charles the Bald entered negotiations with Salomon and recognised him as King of Brittany. He conceded the Cotentin penisular to Brittany who would hold it for another 70 years. Adding this war would allow Brittany to acquire its historic territory.

The war would likely be fairly balanced as well as in 867. Hastein has 3264 soldiers and Salomon 675 against 3177 of King Charles the Bald.

2) King Salomon should start with slightly higher Piety.

In popular tradition within Brittany King Salomon was canonised as "Saint Salomon" after his death and raised to the rank of martyr. This suggests to me that he was popular with the people and local church and was perceived as pious

Scotland

1) The Isle of Man should be de jure Scotland in 1066. By 1066 the Isle of Man would be mostly gaelic and connected with the Norse Western Isles. Their was pretty much zero Welsh control or influence by this point

More Avranches, this time for 1066 start. Count Richard in the 1066 start should have a brother, Robert.

Also the population of Avranches shouldn't be Norman in 1066 start, it's population was the least affected by Normans and was "Franco-Breton"

Cyril and Methodius: They already exist in game and their parents as well, but Cyril was said to be the youngest of 7 brothers so they could get 5 some more brothers.
A different suggestion then my usual ones, I have a retinue suggestion: "Shieldmaidens". It should be added to traditions that give Shieldmaiden trait, Right to Prove and Performative Honor.
Docibilis of Gaeta had 3 sons and 4 daughters, they are mostly there but a daughter is missing, Megalu. Also his children should be younger because he married two of his daughters after the death of the pope which happened in december 882

I've previously mentioned that Phokas should be in Cappadocian theme and not Seleucia, so here are historical people that have actually been at the command of the Kleisoura of Seleukia to replace him, unfortunately I couldn't find any family names.

Two event suggestions, the first is Saqaliba settlers event, currently choosing I can make you a mayor gives an existing town barony, however since this is an influx of new settlers I think it is an oppurtunity to raise a new one as well so I suggest one of two things, either choosing that making a new barony or leading to a second event with 3 choices of making them a mayor of an existing town, raising a new town barony (with a cost attached) or raising a new castle barony (again with cost).

Second is somewhat based on this but would be more complicated I think, can a count who lost his last piece of land to someone of a different culture trigger a similar event of being settled?

Guber family, possibly descentants of Kuber since the name is said to be a variant of it. They had members in both Charsianon and Constantinople

Can a decision be added to merge Bulgarian Empire and Byzantine Empire?

Simeon the Great of Bulgaria intended to conquer Byzantine Empire. Although he wasn't recognized as Tsar and it was his son Peter that got recognized as Tsar by the Byzantines, so perhaps a Bulgarian ruler (whether king or emperor level) can get a claim to Byzantine Empire through a decision.
I'm not sure how it would work with the Pope and Patriarch but if possible a Christian Bulgarian Empire should get it's own King level bishop upon formation since it was one of the conditions of peace.

Newly crowned Byzantine emperors would sometimes divorce their wives to marry a daughter (or even wife) of the previous emperor, can we perhaps get such an event for a free divorce and marriage?
A small something in case you want to add some more Gepid counties

"The situation was rather different in the Temes region, where — according to contemporary Byzantine sources — Gepidic villages existed around 600; the sources also indicate the presence of Gepids as late as the 9th century in parts of the Sirmia and Slavonia along the Danube and Drava rivers."

And perhaps another addition to Transylvania:

"In Transylvania, unlike in the Great Plain, some Gepidic cemeteries remained in use...
...The villages underwent a peculiar transformation after the turn of the 7th century. The native Gepids continued to form the core population...
....However, in the 7th century, the Gepids' traditional fashions became mixed with features of the Avar culture...
...as well as of the Avar-Slavic culture...
...However, certain finds in these cemeteries, dating from around 600, cannot be identified either with the Gepids or with the culture of the early Avar period: the traces of armed men who came from the area of Western Merovingian culture...
...These observations point to the conclusion that the first deliberate settlement in Transylvania of 'Southern-Germans' was the work of the Avars. They provided a haven in this remote corner of their domain for Danubian and Rhenish Alamanni and Bavarians who had been put to flight by the internecine quarrels of Merovingian kings and princes. (The graves of Avar refugees in Bavarian cemeteries indicate that the flow moved in both directions.) ...

Slavonia/Croatia should perhaps also get an Avar county since as previously mentioned even in 950s there were descendants of Avars there still recognized as Avars.

A small addition to this, I've previously mentioned the Volokhi, a tribe which may have been of Frankish origin, so these Volokhi name could perhaps be used to represent these people.

Great! Can't wait to play with this again!

One easy to do suggestion that I'm not sure I mentioned before: Jute dynasty members you've added(or at least some of them) are actually from the same family as what is named Akra dynasty in the base game. Bacseg may or may not be a part of the family but Horik/Eirikr II is a member. They should most likely branch as descendants of Sigfred, a second son to the earliest member in base game.

Here is the best family tree I could find. The branch to the left should probably be sons of Sigfred while the one to the right exist as Akra dynasty.
