- reverted the creation date for most Iberian cultures from 800 to 900 AD
- changed Castelo Branco's culture from Asturleonese to Galician (1066)
- updated the Restore the HRE decision so the AI is no longer required to have either high personal relations with or a hook on the Pope
- updated the Become Greatest of Khans decision to also give your culture the Kheshig cultural innovation
- standardized Toirrdelbach's name as Toirdelbach on the bookmark screen
- updated various database files
- updated some localization

- changed Bodpa culture's Horse Breeders tradition to Tibetan Horse Breeders
- toned down the regularity with which the 'Forest of Corpses' event chain fires relative to other Intrigue perk events
- swapped the images of the Onager and Mangonel unit types
- corrected the province of Siwa to Butr/Amazigh as it apparently wasn't settled by Arab Muslims until much later
- improved the relationship label for a Shieldmaiden event
- improved some tooltips relating to board games
- moved a Malian gold mine from Niani to Dakajalan to fix an issue with the Niani holy site
- moved the Kingdom of Cornwall's de jure capital to Exeter
- disabled holding witch covens for AI characters below kingdom-tier [late-game performance buff]
- merged a couple of duplicate Brycheiniog houses into the main dynasty
- tidied up the Brycheiniog and Manceinion dynasties; replaced a few duplicates with missing characters
- added a CoA for the Manceinion dynasty
- fixed an incorrect trait being referenced in an event tooltip
- fixed the Horse Lords tradition being blocked regardless
- fixed the Bound by Faith tradition's optional requirement being bugged
- fixed a previously broken option for the 'Footstool' event
- fixed an intrigue malus not appearing for the Loyal trait
- fixed a weird sexual event sometimes generating underage lovers
- fixed some broken/missing text for an event about writing a play
- fixed a bug with counter efficiency for MaA types
- fixed Court Tutors not actually improving education outcomes
- fixed the building triggers for the Maritime Mercantilism tradition
- fixed the 'As I Lay Dying' event referencing gibberish language names
- fixed a court event wrongly taking close family members into account when picking a spouse

- increased the threshold for the scaling domain limit bonus provided by a character's Stewardship level from 5 to 10
- updated a Jizya vassal contract trigger
- tidied up some vassals incorrectly showing as Clan when they should be Feudal
- fixed an invalid character being used in the Kushite creator god name

- fixed the trigger for the Respect for Superiors event
- fixed the Fallen Rival event having an inappropriate character animation
- fixed a relationship effect incorrectly targeting friends instead of lovers
- fixed the Stone of Glass and Life In Color events being able to fire for blind characters
- fixed the Gift of Labor event allowing you to embroider a character's coat of arms if they're lowborn
- fixed the Wild Woman event being able to fire for children
- fixed the Send Poem interaction having reverse weights for incompetent poetry
- fixed an old issue with realm priests not wearing the correct attire
- fixed an event about divorce over consanguinity sometimes firing even if your faith's consanguinity doctrine allows it
- fixed various issues with the Passion Play event chain
