- updated the Norse culture split event with Norse-Gaelic (Ireland/Scotland) and Icelandic (Iceland)

- changed Gaelic culture's patronym suffix to be the same as Irish

- Pictish culture now gets Woad Raiders as its MaA regiment, instead of Hobelars
- added Montanism as a Christian faith
- replaced the Communal Identity tenet with Alexandrian Catechism for Arianism
- Arianism is now more likely to pop up in Italy, Iberia and North Africa
- changed Italy's de jure capital from Lombardy to Pavia

- Iceland is now Feudal in 1066

- AI characters will no longer form the HRE's sub-kingdoms (e.g. Lotharingia, Arles, Italy) if already Emperor
- AI characters will no longer form the HRE's sub-kingdoms (e.g. Lotharingia, Arles, Italy) unless already independent
- if starting in 867, Great Holy Wars (Crusades/Jihads, etc.) can no longer be launched before 950
- fixed some questionable code resulting in Berserkers ripping off heads at a ridiculous rate
