- North Germanic culture champions are now called Húskarls

- added some missing Gaelic (Manx) title localization for the Isle of Man's holdings

- carried over a load more characters from the original TIP mod (+ related changes/marriages)
- major fixes, additions and revisions to various Occitan dynasties
- improved the Occitan setup in 867 & 1066; added several new playable counts
- added some traits to the duke of Gascogne (867)
- added some traits to the duke of Barcelona (867)
- assigned historical rulers to the baronies of Ventadour, Lomagne and La Tour (1066)
- various Germanic (Gothic/Vandal/Old Saxon) characters are now correctly represented as Arian rather than Catholic
- updated a load of title history in France and Aquitaine
- changed various Frankish culture characters to French in 867
- moved Bar, Man and Cornwall to the correct history files
- improved the spread of Basque culture (867)
- connected various cadet branches to senior dynasties (e.g. Barcelona to Bellonides, Armagnac to Vasconia)
- lots of smaller character improvements such as added marriages and date changes
- removed/merged a couple of duplicate characters
