RimThreaded 2.5.16 and 2.5.17 Fixes

Fixes Coming In 2.5.16

Note: This is not the final "patch notes" for 2.5.16, its just a list of fixes to expect with the next update. (witch is hopefully soontm)

This error will be fixed:

System.Threading.SynchronizationLockException: Object synchronization method was called from an unsynchronized block of code. at (wrapper managed-to-native) System.Threading.Monitor.Exit(object) at RimThreaded.Pawn_HealthTracker_Patch.CheckForStateChangeMonitorEnter

Health tracker overhaul

The health tracker as also getting some other fixes and compatibility improvements.
Big explosions should be pretty much lag free after the fix.

errors with the pawn portraits should be fixed for this update

should hopefully fix issues where pawns aren't doing jobs

Harvesting causes colonists to break

Harvesting reportedly has some issue when planting / harvesting from hydroponics
the changes to the reservation manager should fix this issue in 2.5.16

If the issue still occurs after the reservation manager fixes
we will fix this for 2.5.17
