How do you get the "Odd Caelumlator Fibers"?

I've tried a lot, killing some of my Caelumators, forcing them to get stacks apon stacks of fiber, nothing seems to work. Please help/

Maybe, it is obtained when spoiled caelumulator spawn item.

For those still wondering in 2025, you make the caemulator in the cloning thing, then let that item spoil instead of actually spawning it. :)
