Ocato's Recital broken in v9.12?
Was working great for me until today. It stores and clears spells correctly, but does not proc when I enter combat.

It will occasionally proc during a fight, but I'm not exactly sure what's triggering it.

Skyrim bug. Game loses track of when you are in or out of combat. Also affects music, etc.
