Labyrinth Update: Hero Changes & Fixes

General Fixes
- Fixed Blazhan's Fire Breath not working.

Axe:
- Battle Hunger Damage per Second increased from 10/15/20/25 to 12/18/24/30.
- Level 10 Talent +25 Attack Speed changed to +3s Culling Blade Kill Buff Bonus Duration.
- Level 10 Talent +20 Movement Speed changed to +1.5% Movement Speed per active Battle Hunger.
- Fixed Level 20 Talent +180 Culling Blade Kill Threshold not working.

Bristleback:
- Quill Sprays that were released passively now deal damage that is classified as reflection damage.
- Snot Rocket's Nasal Goo Radius increased from 700 to 900.
- Warpath is no longer an innate (Added Prickly - +10% Damage/Debuff Duration against Captains that are behind).
- Seeing Red Facet now works.
- Warpath's Movement Speed Per Stack decreased from 2/3/4% to 2/2.5/3%.

Dawnbreaker:
- Trailerblazer and Starsurge Facets now work properly.
- Starbreaker cast-point reduced from 0.2s to 0.1s.
- Celestial Hammer cast-point reduced from 0.25s to 0.2s.
- Celestial Hammer Trail DPS increased from 24/28/32/36 to 20/30/40/50.

Dragon Knight:
- Breathe Fire mana-cost reduced from 105/115/125/135 to 90/95/100/105.
- Dragon Tail cast-point reduced from 0.2s to 0s, mana-cost reduced from 100/110/120/130 to 70/80/90/100.
- Dragon Tail now also deals a base damage of 60/90/120/150.
- Fire Dragon Facet: Wyrm Wrath increases Breath Fire and Dragon Tail damage by 25/40/55/70, Wyrm's Wrath attacks deal an 6/12/18/24 additional magic damage to enemy units.
- Corrosive Dragon Facet: Now also makes all Dragon Knight's abilities deal physical damage.
- Level 10 +15 Movement Speed changed to +15 Damage.
- Level 10 +60 Dragon Tail Radius changed to +8% Breath Fire Damage Reduction.
- Level 15 +25 Damage changed to +0.4s Dragon Tail Stun.
- +12% Dragon Tail Instant Attack Damage shard now also grants +40 Flat Damage.

Hoodwink:
- Go Nuts Facet: Scurry's Active Cast/Attack Range rescaled from 50/100/150/200 to 75/150/225/300.
- Treebounce Trickshot Facet replaced with Hipshot.

Jakiro:
- Now has access to both Liquid Fire and Liquid Frost.
- Minor / Legendary Shards for both Liquid Fire and Liquid Frost can be picked.
- Liquid Fire damage increased from 8/12/16/20 to 16/24/32/4.
- Molten Blood Transfusion (Liquid Fire heals) has been removed.

Juggernaut:
- Blade Fury cooldown reduced from 42/34/26/18 to 36/30/24/18.
- Blade Fury damage tick rate rescaled from permanent 0.2s to Juggernaut's attack rate at current Attack Speed multiplied by 2.
- Blade Fury damage rescaled from 75/100/125/150 per second to 40/45/50/55 damage per tick.
- Healing Ward mana-cost reduced from 140 to 120.
- Blade Fury damage Minor Shard reduced from 25 to 5.

Legion Commander:
- Spoils of War facet: Now if Legion Commander wins, also automatically casts Press the Attack on her and all assisting allies.
- Duel No longer casts Press the Attack on victory by default, duration rescaled from 3.75/4.5/5.25s to 4/4.5/5s.

Luna:
- Moonshield facet: Damage Reduction increased from 10/15/20/25% to 15/20/25/30%.
- Lunar Orbit Collision Damage increased from 20/25/30/35% to 22/28/34/40%.

Magnus:
- Removed Shockarang Legendary Shard.
- Added the new facets.

Marci:
- Removed Fluff From Above Legendary.
- Added Buddy System, Pick-me-up, and Fleeting Fury Facets.
- Fleeting Fury combo grants the ability's current Strikes per Fury.
- Rebound no longer has a minimum jump distance.
- Rebound Mana Cost increased from 70/80/90/100 to 75/90/105/120.
- Rebound Ally Bonus Movement Speed decreased from 25/30/35/40% to 15/20/25/30%.
- Bodyguard no longer provides bonus armor, now provides the selected ally with 75% of the lifesteal and damage bonus.
- Bodyguard Lifesteal increased from 7.5/10/12.5/15% to 10/12/14/16%.
- Level 20 +5% Bodyguard Lifesteal increased to +10%.

Phantom Assassins:
- Added Sweet Release Facet.
- Stifling Dagger cast-range increased from 525/750/975/1200 to 700/850/1000/1150.
- Immaterial bonus Evasion per level decreased from 1.5% to 1%.
- Blur now isn't removed on attack by default.
- Coup de Grace Critical Damage decreased from 200/325/450% to 200/300/400%.

Phoenix:
- Blinding Sun stacks now increase for each debuff from Phoenix's abilities. (instead of a fixed stack for however many)

Queen of Pain:
- Shadow Strike mana-cost reduced from 125/135/145/155 to 100/110/120/130.
- Shadow Strike initial Damage increased from 30/60/90/120 to 50/80/110/140.

Shadow Fiend:
- Shadow Mire Facet no longer slows Attack Speed.
- Feast of Souls mana-cost decreased from 75 to 60.
- Feast of Souls Attack Speed Bonus increased from 40/50/60/70 to 40/55/70/85.
- Feast of Souls duration rescaled from 8s to 7.5/8/8.5/9s.
- Feast of Souls now also increases Necromastery's soul limit by 5 while active.
- Fixed Feast of Souls removing cast speed.
- Level 25 Talent +40 Agility changed to Feast of Souls Grants +50% Cast Speed.

Templar Assassin:
- Added Hidden Reach Facet.
- Meld invisibilty duration increased from 2.5s to 3s.

Tidehunter:
- Kraken Shell can now be activated to double the block amount at the cost of 40% movement speed. Lasts 4 seconds. Mana Cost: 45. Cooldown: 30s.

Windranger:
- Added Tangled and Killshot Facets.
- Tangled: Each shackled unit/tree provides bonus damage. Captains provide 2x times the bonus, while bosses provide 3x times. Primary Shackleshot target doesn't provide any damage. Does not increase Target Count.
- Killshot: Powershot executes enemy units below a certain health threshold. Affects Captains. Does not affect Bosses.
- Shackleshot mana-cost reduced from 70/85/100/115 to 70/80/90/100.
- Shackleshot stun duration increased from 1.6/2.1/2.6/3.1s to 1.75/2.25/2.75/3.25s.
- Powershot damage reduced from 150/250/350/450 to 120/220/320/420.
- Powershot arrow speed increased from 2400 to 3000.
- Windrun cooldown increased from 15/14/13/12 to 24/22/20/18.
- Level 10 +1.5s Shackleshot stun duration reduced to +0.75s.
- Level 10 +2.5 Mana Regen changed to +1s Powershot Slow Duration.
- Level 15 +25 Movement Speed changed to -2s Windrun Cooldown.
- Level 15 +2 Shackleshot Target changed to +40 Easy Breezy Min/Max Movespeed.
- Fixed Focus Fire not working.

Winter Wyvern:
- Removed Winterproof and Recursive Facets.
- Restored Essence of the Blueheart and Dragon Sight Facets.

Witch Doctor:
- Fixed Level 25 Talent +8s Maledict Duration not working.
