Custom animation
I don't think valve will allow it, because then people can see when you are about to hook. This violates one of the biggest rules in the workshop, it cannot affect gameplay.

EDIT: It has come to my attention that it is a tuant, not an animation. It was just poorly described and poorly videoed.

reupload it without that animation, trust me. it wont be accepted like tihs, the set it awesome but keep it original

I agree with CJSpud, I would totally buy this new set when it just release. But with this "pre-hook" animation there is a big chance of this not be accepted ;-;

Yup make the pre-hook animation as taunt, then VALVE WILL ACCEPT THIS AND I WILL DEFINITELY BUY IT
