Technically at least partial translation should be possible via a selection from in game much like the difficulty but that depends on how much time they have or if they can be bothered. In the meantime I can offer up a semi-ish accurate cheatsheet I made for myself https://imgur.com/a/qZHsm20

Left hand 15% strenght instead of 20% attack dmg... Arrow 20% Attack Speed.... Right bracer 20% max hp
