Commanders Additions
Scattershot
Passive:
Kaotic Buzzsaw fire one more wave of projectiles.
Active:
Howitzers (Moonshot), cannons and 100mm shells explodes into a shrapnel that pierces materials.
Automortar fire 3 projectiles 3 times.

Seep
Passive:
Damaged semi nuclear/EMP warhead burst into 3 damaged warheads when destroyed by Anti-Air.
Missiles explodes into swarms if it hit a fort.
Active:
Cluster warhead detonate into armoured swarm missiles.

Shockenaugh
Passive:
3 weapons lvl5 blue can be built instead of 2.
Active:
Cannons and Howizers (Moonshot) shells explode into smaller shells.
A barrel is placed on the enemy fort per reactor.

Buster
Passive:
Acid smokes (Moonshot) does 25% more damage.
Active:
Implosive Warhead, Semi Nuclear/EMP Warhead, High Impact Rocket, Semi Nuclear/Impulsive Rocket, 100mm HE, 85mm Artillery Cannon, Frag Howitzer (Moonshot), and 183mm Deckgun (HighSeas) shells detonates into multiple uranium projectiles.

Moonshine
Passive:
Repair station upgrades EMP defence is increased by 50%.
Active:
EMP Rocket and High Explosive EMP Rocket has 100% more thrust.
IT Barret and R.A.P.P.E.R projectiles does EMP effects in a radius.

Phantom
Passive:
Portals (Moonshot) minimum build radius is reduced to 1 normal grid square.
Barrets barrels are suppressed.
Active:
Projectiles trails are invisible.

Architect
Passive:
Technologies build time is decreased by 25%.
Bracings materials has 5% higher support capacity.
Active:
All materials cost 50% less resources.

Overdrive
Passive:
Weapons upgrade time is reduced by 25%.
2 new devices are available for increased production.
Active:
New devices produce 200% more resources.

Hurricane
Passive:
One more blue and red munition upgrade can be built (HighSeas).
Active:
Wind turbines production is increased by 50%.
Cannons fires 1 shell each 3 seconds (4 for 85mm Artillery Cannon), Howitzers {Moonshot} fires 5 shells each burst (10 for Frag Howitzer).

Firebird
Passive:
Compressed bracing and background bracings doesn't catch fire.
All flamed projectiles incendiary radius is increased by 25%.
Active:
Orbital firebeam (HighSeas) does 25% more damage and incendiary radius.

Warthog
Passive:
Vacuum toy (HighSeas) absorption power is increased by 25%.
Splash projectiles does 10% more explosion damage.
Active:
Cannons projectiles does a lot more explosion damage at fort touch.

Eagle Eye
Passive:
Magnabeams (Moonshot) have laser sights.
Machineguns, miniguns and shotguns projectiles explodes into frags if another projectile is touched.
Active:
Plasma lasers and firebeams have laser sights.

Pinchfist
Passive:
Mines and propellers (HighSeas) don't consume energy.
Weapons cost 5% less metal.
Active:
Lvl5 red weapons upgrades fire cost is reduced by 25%.

Spook
Passive:
Compressed bracing don't need any technology to be unlocked.
Active:
Steal 20% of enemy metal/energy if he has more than 1000 metal/10000 energy.
Enemy weapons are deactivated for 7 seconds.

Armourdilo
Passive:
Reactor is repairable.
Compressed bracing is completely immune to splash damage but less resistant against direct damage.
Active:
Direct damage become armour piercing damage for all projectiles.

if I may ask, the semi automatic cannons and Howitzers, does this apply only to the base canons/howitzers or does this also apply to the upgraded howitzers/cannons?

Can you please buff the warthog active cannon interaction, its literally directly WORSE than not having active on most of the time. The splash damage is wide, but its so weak even 3 cannons hitting one spot cant break a single bracing. And the worst part it doesnt even seem to remotely scale with cannon's levels. Its so bad its actively harmful most of the time.
