- -2 Stability on all planets with more than 3 pops
- Non-Ruler factions: -10% happiness
- Ruler faction: -5% happiness

Disloyal Subjects: 15 Years
- -5 Stability on all planets with more than 3 pops
- Non-Ruler factions: -15% Happiness
- Ruler faction: -5% Happiness

Effects on subject from changing their Authority:

Loyal Subjects: 15 Years
- -5 Stability on all planets with more than 3 pops
- Non-Ruler factions: -10% happiness
- Ruler faction: -5% happiness

Disloyal Subjects: 20 Years
- -7 Stability on all planets with more than 3 pops
- Non-Ruler factions: -15% Happiness
- Ruler faction: -5% Happiness
