Instead of mysterious blank update notes, please provide information on your updates so players can decide to use or update this mod in an ongoing game. Lots of people write they have problems so are they being fixed or are the updates simply to change the version, etc.? Even basic stuff helps.
Anyway this mod looks really good but I don't have enough info that it is safe to use, considering the issues written below. Thanks for the effort you've made to keep this mod alive.
(In the 1.0 Version one could hold a Planet while someone else had the Star Base)
Changing government copying ethics and civics is a bit too overpowered for me to want to implement, unfortunately.
