Suggestion droid limit

Just an optional gameplay suggestion. Making a droid server building that increases how many droids a colony can build/have. So that someone just can't pump out 50 droids for the colony.

I love how his issue isn't the fact that two wardroids can literally take on entire enemy bases, but the fact that he could build as many of them as he wanted
