Possible bug: Why did I win?

Taken about 5 seconds before the win screen popped up. I wasn't at war, two of my opponents still had capitols, & I was just about to finish research on Constitution. I don't recall any turn limits.
Let me know if you need more info.

What was the victory type that you won?

For some reason the game had a 465-turn limit.

Yeah, all the games with this mod appear to default a 465-turn limit
