But nukes would be a cool decision although it should only affect one province, cost a bit less (hard to make even 1 mil in eu4), reduce foregin relations, and makes you declare war on target, although you would be able to target anywere (perhaps once a more advanced tech is reach to resemble the A-bomb to ICMBS)
Nukes are indeed supposed to be overpowered, but I don't think provinces should become uncolonised because of them, at least not when the earlier and weaker nukes were used (Examples: Japan during WW2) Also, it should be possible to shot down any bomber planes and also construct missile defence systems.
