The modifiers are the exact opposite of what the wiki says, giving -1 Tolerance of the True Faith and +10% stab cost modifier. Is it working as intended?

I imagined it further simulated the unstable period that followed the conversion of such a large empire as rome. Was just wondering that it was exactly the opposite of the wiki. The transitioning won´t be easy but it is quite fun that even a bit of a slip could bring the empire to crumble. Thanks for the answer.
