removing plague events
does anyone know where the event is that removes your development if you have not got to some point in the timeline
I love the mod but I hate how I am forced to make every province 17 dev and then stop, it really ruins the feel of a nice mod
I would prefere everywhere to just be bigger than having a really strangly uniform empire where Rome and Constantinople are smaller than 16 random forests provinces in Germany but I cannot find the event in the files to comment it out

thank you very much for the quick reply and the mod, it worked very well, I did have to delete the file in the end (I made a copy to another folder) because I did not want to decompress the mod folder (it was very nice of you to put all the pre medicine development events in one file)
I have been playing for a bit and no crashes so it seems to have worked and I am very happy about the results

I understand your problem, had this too. My ancient megacities Rome, Alexandria and Byzanz have only half of the development then some middle in the nowhere desert towns run by primitive barbars - thanks to constant plagues its useless to develop my big cities. Is the AI not hit by those events or do they just dont care? I just tried to add in the event that plagues can only occure when stability is below 3. Hope that works. I also made development in desert and mountains more expensive. I m not quite sure which is the perfect solution. Generally i like the plague idea, but I dont like that my Rome has a lot less development than a AI south arabian desert village.
