So since people keep asking and keep burying the fixes that we have posted, I decided to make this thread to help people who are needing answers.

If you follow these steps EXACTLY then it'll work. Also, when testing make sure you load ONLY THIS MOD.

1. Unsub to this mod
2. Delete your mod folder at \Documents\Paradox Interactive\Europa Universalis IV\mod
3. Close Steam completely
4. Start Steam
5. Resub to this mod

If it starts downloading then you're fine. If not then you'll just have to restart Steam a few times till it catches. Steams mod downloading is kinda glitchy at times. If you're still having issues try a computer restart.

If none of that works, as a last resort, you'll have to follow those steps but before step 3 you'll have to uninstall EU4 and then install it after step 4.
