The game will load normally, right until the progress bar gets to about 95-99%, then the game will just crash to desktop without any warning.

We are aware of the bug where the game crashes on calcuating naval distances, and are investigating the matter. Until we can nail the issue down, here is a list of potential fixes:


Disable all other mods
Disable all DLCs
Unsubscribe and resubscribe to red world
Verify game cache in steam properties
Delete workshop content manually in steam files
Reinstall Hearts of Iron 4

This is the newest fix for it, the Discord has a faster response time (the link is on the main page):
"ALRIGHT CAMPERS: Thanks to some wonderful people who brought this to my attention, we have an answer to the Precalculating Naval Distances crash: On the Properties>General screen, press "Set Launch Options" and type in "-opengl" without the quotes. This seems to work for multiple people experiencing the crash."

When I play as the American Republic I usually send volunteers to the faction that has my ideology in the Libyan Conflict. Now that the division limit is 30 instead of 20 I can't produce enough units to send my tanks over any more before one side wins. It's very useful as the American Republic as it gives you a nation with your ideology in the Mediterranean and near many nations of opportunity. Please consider this in the next update.

when Load up the mod it first say it needs 1.9.3 which is weird and loading up it does nothing like if i didn't select the mod? i tryed everything with dlc without, loaded it up with 1.9 and with 1.10
