-After Cat-Lon is killed, have the "thralls" rise up as an even more powerful, invading force from the Ashlands, called "The Reanimated" (Think endgame level threat)[Have them boosted like the Fogmen get, with them replacing their heads]
^Have them take over the SE 1/4 of the map

-Setup Cat-Lon try taking everything back over("Third Empire"), if all the other leaders of the Second Empire are killed.(Head of Agriculture, Rhinobot, General Jang, and General Hat-12) Basically having Cat-Lon make a run at Tinfist
^Have Old Empire Supply Outposts, Lost Armoury Stores, Dead Workshop, Armoury Ruins, Hiver-Claimed Ruins(needs hive commune hut building replacements), The Old Prison, Horrible Ruin, and Police Barracks come back into functioning
(made the thralls numbers much greater, instead of beefing up their stats)

-Gave "The Reanimated" or the "Third Empire" spawns one biome ahead of where they will currently occupy, that way they can "fight" their way there

-Have the Hydraulic Knights be "restarted" if Cat-Lon is ded, with spawns of them being conditioned upon the health of the Hydraulic Knights (Old Empire Police, as well)
^Do this for the Skeleton Legion, if Cat-Lon is alive, but the Second Empire Leaders are ded, as well
^^Create new factions called Hydraulic Knights and Old Empire Police
  ^Gave them their own homeless spawns, as well(have the Old Empire Police take back over the Police Barracks areas, while the Hydraulic Knights take over Lost Armourys and Armoury Ruins/Hiver-Claimed Armoury, and the Second Empire takes over the Old Empire Supply Outposts.

-Setup the Tower of Abuse and the Thrall Masters only strengthen under Cat-Lon's Leadership, with the deaths of all other Second Empire leaders.

-Beefed up the Ashland Dome defenses, in general...

-Added Ironsides to the Hydraulic Knight Units, when Cat-Lon is ded

-Added Old Empire Enforcers Units to the Old Empire Police, when Cat-Lon is ded

-Setup all towns to have overrides to go back to ruins, should all the leaders be dead

-Setup the Ashland Dome Ruins to have overrides based on Cat Lon and the other Second Empire Leaders' health.

-Various small tweaks and fixes.
