Compatibility and Bug Reports
Compatibility
Should be compatible with most mods but if you find any incompatibilities just mention it in this discussion and I'll fix it as soon as I can. :D

I have been notified that some people have had issues using this mod and Outfitter, if you do have any issues let me know.

If using this mod and Vanilla Social Interactions Expanded I recommend disabling the aspirations added by that mod to avoid any conflicts. I also suggest disabling a portion of the Inspiration Tweaks inspirations or the VSIE inspirations as both mods add very similar inspirations. Otherwise these two mods seem to work alongside each other.

Additionally this mod has patches for the following mods so that the traits added in them influence a pawns chance at getting different inspirations:
  • Fallout Traits (Continued)
  • Gwen's Gone Mental Traits
  • [SYR] Individuality
  • [KV] Consolidated Traits
  • Moloy Traits
  • More Practical Traits
  • Psychology (unofficial)
  • Synergistic Traits
  • Vanilla Social Interactions Expanded
  • Vanilla Traits Expanded
There is also a patch for [D] Interests included which reduces the impact certain interests have on gaining particular inspirations.

@Mesez So I had a look through the list and I honestly have no idea what's conflicting. Unfortunately you will just have to keep inspiration tweaks uninstalled.

Where can I find and download the patches for compatibility with some of the trait mods? Specifically Individuality, Consolidated Traits? Or is it included?

I'm receiving a Mod conflict with Pawnmorpher when an psychic smoothe inspiration is added and a new animal-person pops into being. While this is probably too much to ask to fix, is there a way to end the psychic smooth calculations in the background after I used the Dev mode to end the inspiration?

I tried forcing it to end before the pawn is changed but it didn't work. I guess it's because the psychic smooth triggered before the pawn is morphed.

Edit: Wait nevermind, I used a character editor to wipe the memory of the smoothe and it fixed itself.

I'm not familiar with pawnmorpher but did the issue occur when you 'morphed' a pawn who had the psychic soothe inspiration? Or is the issue occuring when the psychic soothe mood effect is affecting a 'morphed' pawn? (To specify, from you log notes is Crimson the pawn with the inspiration?)

Interesting! I found a soft incompatibility with Rim of Madness Cults. The "Divine inspiration" ritual is supposed to execute a prisoner to grant people who attend a chance at an inspiration, but something happens between the two mods and the only result is a dead prisoner and a ritual that never completes. Weird interaction, quite fascinating though

@Qyvalar Thanks for letting me know, it took a bit to figure out why this happens but it seems to be that the Divine Inspiration ritual attempts to give inspirations to the various animals of the colony which would fail isn't an issue for normally but causes exceptions in my code. I'll add a fix in the next hour or so for it. :D

I'm suddenly seeing an issue with the Ingest job driver since last night. I'm still trying to isolate the cause, but the only mods that show a modified date since last night are this mod and Utility Columns, and this one is the one I feel is more likely to be affecting it (due to the Inspired Cooking bonus adding a mood boost to meals cooked under it). It's not showing a Harmony patch for that job, but it's the only thing I can think of. Here's the hugs log:

This event occurs when the pawn finishes eating a meal. It results in no food gain for the pawn, and the pawn is left briefly "Standing", before grabbing another meal and trying to eat that (repeat ad nauseum).

I'm still pretty beginner at reading hugs logs, though, so maybe I'm missing something obvious here.

Edit: actually, definitely this mod's update. I apparently had a local copy stored (date of copy 13 March 2021), and swapping to it resolved the issue.

@Kaedys I'm seeing the exact same situation. However, I don't have a local copy stored and this is pretty much ending my 1.2 play through. Could you post that somewhere for me to access? Thanks

This MOD has a bug, humans can’t increase satiety by eating.

@Kaedys Sorry for the issues, I messed up the file structure when adding 1.3 support so your game would have been using the 1.3 version for a 1.2 game (hence the issues). Thanks for adding a download for an older version whilst I fixed this. The mod should be working correctly now.
