Update Version 0.7.7e
Mostly Corrections and Improvements to 0.7.3 as implementation of Targeting manual is going to take more work. But this is the focus ATM.

- Added Base Experience to some officers in select campaigns, this allows players to acquire some authority skills for officers early on (have followers). However if they are lost the player will have to regain the experience required to do so.

- Adjusted Default Roles Assignments Weights for each Character Class
- Removed Crew Priority Task Sheet

Sandbox
- Added / Re-Enabled Additional Port locations
- Testing of Supply Ships (Failed)

- Added first UBE Authority Skill as free - given by default , a second skill will be needed for 2nd follower still
--Reason for this change was due to losing the ability to do certain actions and lack of followers limiting capability of officers too much
--Furthermore due to the fact a max of Level 5 officers can not be changed having to sacrifice 2 -3 skills for followers was overkill and prevented the player from achieving enough secondary skills to be worth while.
- Adjustments to some campaigns completed research to fit expectations for given time period. (these may need further adjustments but a baseline has been set). However no longer will some campaigns late in the war start you off with no research completed.
- Fix some custom test equipment causing errors on loading - not fatal but annoying
- Added civilian vessels in the merchant groups (these will be missing icons)
- Removed Test Textures for Freighters
- Added some new Textures for Freighters

0.7.7a
-Removal of Text Size on newspaper - accidently reapplied to data…
-Added D-Day BdU Intel
-Added LST to Normandy on D-Day ( might be broken - I hate task priorities)
-Removed Requires Authority Skill Tooltips - as default Level 1 is given
-Fixed Missing Arabic Speaker Icon
-Trying fix with espionage missions (mostly fixed)
-Resolved numerous issues with Tasks after finding a neat way to break the mod in order to debug task issues effectively
-Resolved some Shipping issues conflicting with Port Ownership

0.7.7b
-Re-enabled Task requirements for missions as this was causing default mission data to override historical mission data.
-Testing a custom fix to default mission data on Trondhiem Port to see if this helps ensure mission selection is based off historical data rather than the fallback data. If this works out, It will be applied to more ports.
-fixed HQ Tasks (partially - tasks from earlier game periods don't clean up properly )
-fixed task issues with DE / other Nations port ownership and map tag changes by off loading into empty country "WORLD" which avoids tasks issues .
-applied task fix to the start data of many campaigns (not all)
-added task dependencies for many ship production values - this could bite me later
-fix for General.xlsx Sheet being reloaded 2x by Vanilla game (causing corrupted loads)

Known Issues:
-Some of the New Textures on Freighters don't perfectly align. These will be improved.
-custom ship categories icons are not recognized by game? Broken in B129
-Chant vessels - which are usually stand in for civilian / fishing / other ship types. are invincible- Will be fixed as game development continues.
-There are still some custom equipment artifacts causing errors in the log: like missing equipment {0} this is not fatal.
-There are some spawners which do not get cleaned up by the game at specific periods / locations in the war. Horten for example can have allied ships which get stuck indefinitely making patrols through this area.... cumbersome.
-(new) Icons on custom ships aren't properly formatted / scaled
