Does this mod effect reseach at headquarters?
I've started a new game with UBE but dont have access to any ship upgrades except accum#1.
Is this a bug or a feature? Will the other techs unlock a later dates?

It is a feature and Im pretty sure the other techs unlock at a later date

Thanks for the reply.
I just skipped ahead to 1944 using the console and still nothing is available at headquarters except recon missions, no ship upgrades.

Did the upgrades become available within the shop following that. There may be an issue with the upgrades Auto completing rather than just becoming unlocked I'll have to look into that. But see if they are available in the shop
