Beacons and Cave/Sea Crates
I know this mod alters supply beacons, but I haven't found a cave drop to test if they are changed as well.

What is the scope of change to the drops? Does this mod only add the implants to drops, and leave the rest of the loot pool as default? I couldn't find any info about supply drops in the features discussion.

I wanted to know if I could use Better Beacons 2.0 with this for the loot it adds to cave drops, but if this mod alters those as well, I assume they wouldn't be compatible.

Not sure about compatibility with that mod in particular. But the mod adds the implants to supply drops and removes saddles from supply drops and cave drops. Otherwise they are left alone, though a few saddles have been missed.
