It's come to my attention that the Human NPC's and dino's from the hunted are ignoring one another making it extremely difficult for some people. Is there a fix for this?

For more info... Basically if you are taming an NPC the dino's will ignore the NPC completely and come after you. And even after you die, the human NPC is unharmed. Is this supposed to happen?
